Eye Care Tips To Keep Your Eyes Healthy
Avoid Contact With Water While Lenses Are in Your Eyes
Take off your contacts before you shower, swim, or wash your face. Basically, keep your eyes away from water when you are wearing contact lenses to avoid any damage to your eyes.

Eat a Healthy, Balanced Diet
Keeping your eyes healthy requires a proper diet plan which should consist of plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially deep yellow and green leafy vegetables. Eating fish high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon, tuna, and halibut can also help your eyes.
Time to Time Rest Your Eyes
In the digitally active world, we constantly sit in front of the computer/laptop all day long which negatively affects eyesight. So, always follow the 20-20-20 rule which states that:
- Look away from your computer/laptop every 20 minutes and fix your gaze on an object that’s 20 feet away from you.
- Blink 20 successive times to prevent eye dryness.
- Every 20 minutes, get out of your seat and take 20 steps.

Exercise is a Must!
Exercise plays an important role in the well being of a person. Make sure you exercise at least 20 minutes on a daily basis. It helps control diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. So if you exercise regularly, you can lower your risk of getting these eye and vision problems.

Hope this brought some clarity around eye care and usage of contact lenses.
Take care & stay safe!
