Q>How does my subscription work?

Create your account, and you can look forward to a regular stock of daily-wear contact lenses at your doorstep. New customers will receive an Aqualens Starter Kit to get them started while their prescriptions are verified. After that, you'll receive deliveries of 60 lenses every 30 or 60 days, for INR 1199.

If for any reason you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time before we charge you.

Q>What is your return policy?

The Company provides you a return, refund or exchange opportunity on your purchase through the website. You will be provided with the return in the event of dissatisfaction with your purchase if you request the return, exchange or refund within 14 days. Click here for further information.

Q>What happens if my prescription changes?

If your doctor has informed you that your prescription has changed, or even you’ve entered it incorrectly, don’t worry. Get in touch and we’ll correct it on our records. Just one thing, though, you’ll need to let us know about the change before we send out your next order. If it’s already been shipped, you’ll have to pay again for another lot of lenses with the right prescription.

Q>May I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you are in full control. You may cancel, pause or resume your subscription anytime by going to your user profile on Aqualens and changing it there. If you need help, just contact our team at @aqualens.in

Q>Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew for a seamless contacts renewal subscription experience. Your lens supply will continue to be shipped until you pause/cancel your subscription.

Q>How long does it take for you to deliver lenses?

As we ship all over India, it usually takes 2-4 days to deliver lenses, however depending on the product it might take longer (some lenses are shipped from across the border & take longer to arrive).

Q>Do Aqualens lenses have ultraviolet (UV) filters?

Aqualens contact lenses help protect your eyes from harmful UV radiation from the sun and even long digital screen usage. The built-in Class II UV blocker protects your eyes from, on average, 70% of UVA and 95% of UVb radiation.

Q>What if I’ve never worn contact lenses before?

Contact lens newbie, need not worry you can visit https://aqualens.in/pages/slipon . You can also visit the nearest partnered Lenskart store to get a free eye checkup and training on insertion & removal.

Q>Is it safe to sleep with contact lenses?

Why would you want to ‘sleep’ with contacts? Bad pun? Sorry not sorry! On a serious note, please don’t forget to remove your contacts before falling asleep.

Q>Can I play sports with contact lenses?

The question should be - Is there any sport that you can not play wearing contact lenses. In fact, so many match winners wear lenses while playing. You get sharper, clearer vision to begin with. The best thing about wearing contacts is that they give you a wider field of view than glasses. They remain unaffected by reflections or rain, and they won’t fog up when the weather is humid. For the times you’re out in the sun, Aqualens contact lenses also incorporate Class II UV protection, to keep your eyes safe from harmful UV rays. Go ahead, up your game.

Q>Can I use water or contact lens solution to clean or store my Aqualens contact lenses?

Aqualens Daily Contact Lenses are single-use only. You should dispose of your lenses after you remove them at the end of the day. Pssst.. Just a tip, you never use water to clean or store contact lenses.
