How to track aqualens delivery ?

We shared an SMS with a tracking link at your registered mobile number, you can track your order delivery from there. Or you can check your Email shared by us to you with "Aqualens Order Details" subject line.

You can also write us at support@aqualens.in to get your tracking status.

Can I track my delivery with the order number?

You can't check delivery status via order number, but you can check your track delivery via clicking at tracking link shared by us (our delivery partner Lenskart) at your registered mobile number.

How long does it take for you to deliver lenses?

Once the order has been placed, for metro cities it gets delivered within 3 to 5 days. While for non-metro cities, it takes approximately 5 to 7 business days.

Where can I check my order delivery status ?

You can login to My Account via Login using your registered mobile number and check delivery status of your all orders.

What should be done if my order has not been delivered but the status is showing 'Delivered'?

There is an extremely slight possibility of this happening, but still if it does, then all you need to mail us at support@aqualens.in. We will update you from correct delivery status.

Where do you Ship?

We ship PAN India. The time taken for delivery might vary for metropolitan and non-metropolitan cities.

What is the cost of shipping each delivery?

You don't have to spend even a penny on Aqualens products, the shipment/delivery is absolutely Free in PAN India.

Though, if you are going for the free trial pack then you have to pay Rs. 98 as delivery charges to deliver any where in India.

What is your return policy?

The product can be returned within 14days of delivery. Please make sure the product has not been opened or used. In case the product is damaged, you will either get a replacement or amount will be refunded.
